Because it’s the new year, and in an effort to clear stock and generate income to put toward issue 3, I’ve reduced the price on issue 2 of Shadows & Tall Trees. $10 shipped to North America and $15 to the rest of the world.
Another tale selected for issue 3
Very pleased to announce that Gary McMahon’s story “Kill All Monsters” will appear in issue 3 of Shadows & Tall Trees. Thus far, we have fiction from Gary, Nina Allan, Ray Cluley, and Don Tumasonis.
Best Horror of the Year Vol. 4
I’ve just heard that 2 stories from Chilling Tales, an anthology I edited, have been chosen by editor Ellen Datlow for inclusion in The Best Horror of the Year, volume 4. The stories are “Stay” by Leah Bobet, and “Looker” by David Nickle. Congratulations to Leah and David!
Cover art for issue 3
I’ve secured the cover art for issue 3. It’s not a photograph, this time, but rather a painting by artist Eric Lacombe. Will unveil it once the cover is designed.
Signal boost — Short Story contest
